Shipping Terms

• When purchasing a metal detector from Germany to a country that is outside of Europe, care is required to release the product from customs. It is important to note that the release of the order from customs is the responsibility of the customer / the person making the order.
• If the shipping company returns the shipment back to Germany, no monetary credit will be made for the product.
• It is the responsibility of German-Oem to provide the paperwork required to export the product from the country of origin for the customer in the destination country.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

• German oem (Matan Neuman) is operating a smart payment system through the most secure company in Europe which call “Viveum”.
• The payments conditions that German oem are offering you as a customer through our online shop are: Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.
• Bank Transfer: Sofortüberweisung, or a normal Bank Transfer to our secure account in Germany.
• German oem (Matan Neuman) trying to proof the payment soon as possible and to have most of the product on our stock for a fast shipping around the globe.

Refund payment will be able only in this according terms:

• Cancelation the order in 24 hours from the payment date.
• *** There is no return payment after the shipping and clearance process, and after the product has been left our wear house or the country.
• According to the refund rules in Germany-europe, in maximum of two weeks since the payment date, will be the ability to receive the product back only if the product is new as the original package and never has been used or open befor. Without damages or trial for using as a test.
• The decision for a return products and refund payments will be the under the company German oem and not under the customes.
• For an electronics products the possibility to refund payment back is very limited.
• There is no refund for a products that were on Sale under German oem website.
• If the product will turn back to our wear house in Germany, the next possibility will be to deliver the product inside Europe + VAT in the EU country. There is no refund for the product in this case.

 

Repairs under warranty:

German oem (Matan Neuman) is a dealer and distribution for parts of the collection products.

Most of the companies are supplying two years warranty for an electronics and software issues.

Warranty Process will be under this following steps:

If the customer has found any electronic or software problem, he will contact first with German oem for the firs diagnose and decision.

German oem (Matan Neuman) will decide if the issues of the problem is under warranty and will contact with the main company for the second part of the warranty process.

In case that the manufacture will decide to receive the product for repair, the customer will process the repair directly with the manufacture company.

In case that the manufacture will decide to send a spare parts to Germany, to German oem (Matan Neuman), the company will find with the customer the right way to repair or to change the parts with the most efficient way.

In case that the manufacture will decide to send a spare parts directly to the customer, the shipping payments will be under the manufacture.

The repair process can take between 14-30 working days. Only with a warranty card that provided by German oem (Matan Neuman).

German oem (Matan Neuman) working and respecting the manufactures companies terms and will try to stand by the customer side.

German oem (Matan Neuman) dealing with the highest standard between the customers and the manufactures.

German oem (Matan Neuman) and the manufactures can not be responsible for a customers damages.

German oem (Matan Neuman) and the manufactures can not be responsible for a batteries issues. Its not under warranty.

German oem (Matan Neuman) can not return payment or product in case the customer can not be able to understand the technology or the operate manual of the product.
